We've eaten at the Blue Star 3 or 4 times, and each time it's been excellent. I don't find it particularly expensive for the level of food and service, but if price is an issue, sit at the table in the bar; the menu there has smaller, more inexpensive, tapas-like plates. Go early if you want dinner on Sunday! It's 1/2 price wine night. And their selection is terrific. It's characterized here as "Mediterranean", but I think "World/Fusion" would be more accurate. They manage to mix cuisines without muddling things up. All in all, a remarkable place. I think it may be a little too sophisticated for the audience in The Springs, but it's the best we've encountered here so far, and we've eaten all over the U.S. and Europe.
