The staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly, and very efficient. Stay bridge was very clean the rooms smell great. It is a pet friendly place. Our two dogs loved their stay as well. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2014

Our family of 5 spent two (2) nights at this hotel on July 11th and 12th. We reserved a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Unit. 1 Bedroom had 1Q bed and a bathroom, the other bedroom had 2Q beds and a bathroom. The bedrooms were separated by a small living and kitchen area; the sofa in the living area unfolded into a sofa bed. The room looked like parts of it were recently updated; i.e. new large flatscreen TVs, new kitchen cabinets and backsplashes, new bedding, and some other miscellaneous updates. All of the employees we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. The 'free' breakfast each morning was adequate, and the views from the hotel (to the west) were spectacular.

However, there were little things about the property and our room that bothered me and had me scratching my head; the biggest being the lack of a covered drop off / luggage unloading area at the front of the hotel. Essentially at the front of the hotel was 1 row of parking up against the building, an aisle roughly 24' wide --- and that's it. If you travel past the front of the hotel down the aisle, the parking 'lot' comes to a dead end. There is more parking around the back of the hotel, but the poor layout and circulation of the property is mind - boggling. Either Staybridge took over the space from another hotel brand, or if they build the site from scratch, the civil engineer who did the site layout needs to be fired.

Nice and convenient to the hotel, right across the parking lot, is a gas station with C Store, and a few restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse and TGI Fridays. Very easy access to I-25 from the hotel.

If in the area again, we would consider staying here again.

Wahoo_bMedina, thank you for taking the time to review our Staybridge Suites Colorado Springs, it was our pleasure serving your family during your stay. Glad you enjoyed our upgrades and the friendly staff. We have a great hot buffet breakfast complete with waffles, omelets with fresh cut veggie toppings, fresh cut fruit(not the bucketed kinds you'll find at most hotels), bacon, sausage, pastries, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and whole fruits- all complimentary.

Since we are on a hill and we border Monument Creek, the layout of the parking is kind of funky, but we always make sure guests know that we have ample parking on the West side of our hotel. We also have an advantage in that we are far enough off the main road that it is nice and quiet here!

Thanks for choosing us! We can't wait to see you all again!

Loved my stay.
It was great to be 100 steps from the business I was visiting.
Hearty breakfast.
Comfy bed.
Fresh design, furniture, walls.
Friendly staff.
Nice mountain views from fireplace patio.
Oh, to get an uninterrupted sleep, set air 'on' instead of auto.

My husband and I were so very pleased with our stay here. The front desk people were awesome (Rachell #2, and Chanel to name a few, sorry I can't remember all of them). The room was super clean, breakfast and dinner (free) were great as were the people who kept the food well stocked and kept everything clean. Kudos to them!

We enjoyed a good night's sleep every night due to the comfortable beds....all in all we couldn't have had a better stay. We decided to stay one extra night due to the storms in Nebraska and the front desk help went out of their way to accommodate us...even called the hotel in Lincoln to change our reservation. Thanks guys, for all the helpful tour advise and smiling faces. This is definitely the place to stay in Colorado Springs ~ we couldn't have asked for more!

Room Tip: We stayed in a two bedroom suite....was like an apartment!

Great hotel stay. Love the Staybridge suites, especially for families. The two bedroom/bath suites are perfect. Everything was spotless. The hotel staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was delicious.
Only small down fall was we had to swim (for free; courtesy of Staybridge) at the indoor hotel pool across the way because Staybridge's was closed. It was chilly and snowing so I understand.
