“Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient to highway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

We just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night and the staff really helped us to have a pleasant stay. Everyone was so friendly and rooms were sparkling clean. We were lucky that we had a view of the mountains right outside our window. The free wi-fi was a huge plus, as was the fridge in our room and 24 hour coffee in the lobby. I highly recommend booking the bed and breakfast package to save a couple of bucks on breakfast, it was delicious! Made to order eggs and other items made it very convenient before going to tour attractions. Colorado Springs is huge, so we felt as though we were still 20 min to some of the main attractions but didnt mind being further away. Right next to I-25 too. We didnt check out the Briargate shops across the street but they are very convenient for families looking for an easy meal.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the mountains on a higher floor.

The Hilton Garden Inn is very convenient to the Air Force Academy where we had attended graduation ceremonies. The location was between the south and north gates which provided easy access to the Academy.

I booked two nights in a nonsmoking room at this hotel. When I arrived they had no nonsmoking rooms for us. They did not offer to help us locate an alternative hotel. We were stuck in a very stinky smoking room with our 2 kids. There was another couple with small kids in the same situation. The second night they found us another room, and did comp the night in the stinky room - but it was not worth it!

A very comfortable Hilton property that was reasonably priced. Good location, right off I-25 on the north side of Colorado Springs. For the Diamond members of Hilton Honors, the amenities are very good, with a decent breakfast served. Staff were very accomodating.

We are staying at this hotel right now.
It's in a great location, easy to find. Located right by the Promenades at Briargate, a group of assorted restaurants and stores.
The hotel is clean, well maintained with great staff.
The room itself is pretty standard Garden Inn style. Decent sized, clean with lots of storage. We are here on a house hunting trip for a week, staying in a king room. The bed is comfortable. I saw some people had commented on it being hard but it easily adjusts to suit what you like. Housekeeping service is great.
Upon arrival we had a little welcome basket, I thought a really nice touch.
Breakfast is $10 for all you can eat. For hot items they are grilled fresh when you order and delivered to your table. Really quick service. I don't eat bacon and egg type meals so got some oatmeal (not the envelopes of instant) and really good fresh fruit. This option is considered the two item choice and costs $3.95, a great deal if you ask me.
I really like the little business area. There are two computers, a phocopier/printer/scanner and Fedex supplies. We have needed to get some paperwork taken care of so complimentary printing has been great.
Government rate is excellent, under $90 nightly for our room.
The only negative and it's nothing unique to this hotel would be bathroom could be a little larger. I also like complimentary weekly newspaper delivery. Again though not a biggie. The sevice, location, and cleanliness can't be beat.
We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: I would choose a room on second or third floor. We are staying in a second floor room, it provides...

Went to Colorado Springs to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Carson. This property was pretty centrally located (close to freeway) and close to the surrounding bases.
Comfortable property, windows opened with a great view of the mountains and great service and meal at breakfast - we needed a couple extra pillows - we only had to ask once and they were in our room. We were close to a lot of the surrounding areas, Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, etc.
Easy off/on freeway - was about 45 min (on toll) to get back to Denver Int'l airport.

Room Tip: ask for a front view (facing lobby) room to see the beautiful mountains - there was still plenty of...

Excellent property; pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, very good value (less than $100 on weeknight), excellent breakfast service; location easily accessible from I-25 about 10-15 minutes north of downtown, just south of Air Force Academy. Arrived late and parking was slightly problematic, around behind the building. Shopping and services close by at Chapel Hills Mall.
