“Beautiful, clean, and up to Marriott standards.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2010

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for two night while we explored Colorado Springs. Booked a fantastic rate on priceline and we weren't disappointed. The room is modern and looks like many other Marriott rooms. The bed was very comfortable and there were many pillows and towels in the room. The location of the hotel is beautiful, put on top of a hill overlooking parts of Colorado Springs. Parking was ample. Did not use the pool or eat the food while there, so I cannot comment on that. The lobby was being deep cleaned while we were there but no problems/disturbances at all. If you are looking for a fabulous hotel in the Colorado Springs area, you cannot go wrong with the Colorado Springs Marriott! Highly recommended!

im a platinum reward member who has been staying at Colorado Springs Marriott for a few months. first there were fly's in my room, I've had to ask a for a refrigerator and never got one, there have been multiple charges to my room that were not mine, and the internet does not work! every time i call the front desk to have these charges removed/researched the people at the front desk refer me to the accounting dept. and i never get a call back.i have left 4 messages with the manager (jessica) and she never returns my calls. very incompetent people! i have given so much time and money to this Marriott and i'm needs are still ignored. very disappointing and i would never recommend Colorado Springs Marriott Main to anyone!

I sincerly apologize for the lack of service you experienced during your stay. We enjoy a very great number of Platinum members and pride ourselves on the level of service we provide. We clearly dropped the ball in regards to your stay and again apologize that the definicies were there in the first place.

My wife and I arrived to the Hotel and within 2 min. we saw 7 deer and one Buck just on the grounds. What a great start to our Colorado sight seeing. The Hotel has great Lobby with a large sitting area to visit in my the fireplace. Our room was adequate with a wonderful and comfortable king bed. The walls are a little thin, and we heard our neighbor singing gospel hymns sunday morning right through the wall, thank God we dont sleep in to long......
Our Dinner was on site and It was spectacular. It was our Anniversary and we had the Lamb chops...to die for. The hotel found out it was our anniversary and gave us complimentary coffee and dessert at the end of our meal....simply Awsom........Well as for my comment on the thin walls, the hotel makes it up on all around experience....Great Hotel.....

This hotel is definitely one of the nicest in Colorado Springs. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you happy. The lobby was tastefully done in bright contemporary colors. Lunch was delicious and not very expensive. My kids had a lot of fun in both the outdoor and indoor pools and it was nice that they were open till 11 pm. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool. It felt like somebody's backyard in the mountains. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Marriott in Colorado Springs for two nights in August while we visited the surrounding attractions on our vacation. The hotel was wonderful, typical of Marriott, and our room had a good view of Pikes Peak and the mountains.
The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean and attractive. TV channels were lacking a bit - 6 stations for ESPN but no Comedy Central or MTV? But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room for it to matter too much to us. There was some noise during the night (people talking in the halls, doors slamming) that was somewhat disturbing to our sleep, but not as bad as other hotels.
There was an indoor and outdoor pool and spa. We enjoyed both. When the indoor pool got crowded at night there was typically less people outside and we would head out there. The cool mountain air felt great while we relaxed in the hot tub.
There was a Starbucks in the lobby and while we didn't eat at the restaurant, it appeared moderately priced and good. The hotel staff provided us with great recommendations for surrounding restaurants and the hotel was in a great location for several area attractions (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods).
This was a great hotel with the right balance between business travelers and families. We are a childless couple and did not feel run over by kids and families or out of place without business suits. We got a great deal doing Priceline's Name Your Own Price and felt we got a lot of bang for our buck!

I choose this hotel based on the images online. The lobby downstairs was really nice, but when we walked into our room, it smelled a little mildewy. The door had a gap between the door and door jam, so we could hear everything going on in the hallway. I used my military discount, so I think they stuck us in a crappy room. It was clean, but I couldn't get over the smell.

The staff was friendly, and I might stay here again, but next time I'll speak up if the room smells. Hard to say if I would recommend it to a friend...I definitely wouldn't pay full price for this place!
