We were on the road, looking for a place to camp overnight. At about 7:30 pm I called Bighorn RV Park and left a message. Judy called me back and told me they could accommodate us but was also concerned about us arriving and setting up too late and waking up the other guests. I could appreciate that. She told us which site to take over the phone because they wouldn't be in the office. When we got there about 9:30 and started setting up, Doug came out on a golf cart and greeted us.
The site was level, the hook-ups were easily accessible, and we were able to set up quickly. We had a nice picnic table.
We could hear the river in the background, but couldn't see because it was dark. When the sun came up, we found it to be in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms were very clean with ample area set your things down on counters, benches, and hooks. There were many activities, of which we did not take part, because we needed to move along. We wished we had more time to stay.
