Stopped for breakfast between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Cook area in the middle, counter seating on three sides. American and Hispanic cuisine. The grill man on the day we were there is Picasso with a spatula. Smoothly preparing 6 or so breakfasts at once. Food arrived quickly and was wonderful. Likely crowded during peak hours.
The place has no ambiance at all. Which is generally fine for me and particularly at breakfast.
Would definitely go back
