I've only been to this place once and had the rare beef pho and a spring roll. I liked that I did not feel rushed. Pho Duy, which is nearby, was fine too, but I got the feeling I needed to hurry. I did not feel rushed today.
The beef was thin, tender, and tasty. I'm not sure why they call it rare beef, but I don't mind. The broth was very flavorful and they bring a ton of veggies and jalapenos for adding.
I ordered a medium, and it was just a little more than I could eat - and I'm a guy who brings an appetite.
Obviously I can't speak to the more "adventurous" dishes (for a non-asian) like tendon, tripe, etc.
I will return.
