I stayed here for a two day company event and was extremely impressed with this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the whole visit was wonderful. The hotel check-in staff were effecient and friendly. I had forgotten to bring my Marriott Rewards card and the agent took my information and told me he would look up the information to make sure I received credit. A few minutes later, he called me in my room to tell me I had two accounts from two separate addresses and said he would contact Marriott to combine the accounts. Above and beyond service!
The room was large and nicely furnished. The toilettries were high quality and the amenities were top notch. I loved the bed and bedding, as well. There was even bath salts in the bathroom area which is uncommon in many hotels.
The lobby was large and looked similar to a "high end" western style lodge. Very comfortable and inviting.
SO many shopping areas and shopping within walking distance or guests can use the free local bus service. The location, Flat Iron views, and convenience were perfect.
Loved this hotel and would love to stay here again!
