My wife and stay at the Lodge & Spa three times a year. The food has always been great and the service among the best. The menu has the basics like steak and chicken but it also lists elk, buffalo, and ostrich along with the chef's specialties. Go before sundown and you will have awesome views from your table at 10,000+ feet. The lounge area is also a great place to hang out before or after dinner. The bartenders have always been enjoyable to speak with and the tappas are great if you are looking for a small bite to eat or something to hold you til dinner.
