We had high hopes for this restaurant but were disappointed. We raise beef cattle and were looking for a good steak house. Of course, we know a good steak when we are served one. After reading their advertisement of the grade of their steaks and the 21 day aging process, we expected a great meal. There were 15 in our party. A variety of steaks were ordered. They did not meet our expectations. It was average at best. Three of four of the filets were cooked properly. They lacked in taste and tenderness. The baked potatoes that accompanied them were undercooked. Any sauce on the side was a $3-4 charge. On the pro side, the side salads were good and a nice size.
