“The management and staff are the best in Breckenridge”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2011

The overall hotel is great. Location was close to everything you need, ski lift, restauraunts, night life. We felt the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds are not very comfortable, unless you like a hard matress. Though we did have a housekeeping error with our bedding, the staff more than made up for it with service. The manager personally made sure we were satisfied with housekeeping and our overall stay. We would come back to this property because of the management and front desk staff. Thank you for a great trip!

Went to Breckenridge for a little skiing and stayed at the Waterhouse with ResortQuest. The place had everything I was looking for and more. It was a two bed two bath condo with a wrap around porch. Beautiful kitchen with great appliances, awesome beds and very spacious bathrooms. Very roomy and had a great fireplace and flat screens in every room (except bathrooms). The service at check in and check out was speedy and easy. They had a ski rental at ResortQuest Main Station which made it super easy. The location was right on Mainstreet within walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay at the Waterhouse again and suggest any one visiting Breckenridge to do the same!!

Excellent one bedroom with tons of room. The murphy bed in the living room really opens up the floorplan and is alot more comfortable than a sofa bed. This unit is on the back of the complex and overlooks Blue River. There is construction (expected completion Dec 2010) across the river but the sound of the running water drowns out most of it. During the summer the unit can be a little warm but with the windows open and the sound of running water, it makes for a good night sleep. The pool has great views and has 4 hot tubs. There are 3 additional hot tubs with the fitness center. Although the pool and fitness center is a little bit of a walk, it is well worth the trip.
Easy walking access to all that downtown Breck has and also very easy to start a hike up the mtn from this location.

We stayed at the Waterhouse for 4 days. It's new and nice, but has some issues. There aren't enough people working there so no one answers the phone. Our condo 5105 was very nice, but for what it cost lots of little things were wrong: the pillows were awful, the drains didn't work in the bathrooms, maintenance had to fix our tv, etc. The whole complex is also very badly laid out so things are really hard to find. But, it's central, walking distance to most things, has a shuttle so you don't have to find parking. It was good, but not great.

Have stayed at Rock Resorts in Deer Valley and Beaver Creek and always left happy. This was disappointing. Location is pretty good; but the bed was hard; the bed cover old; the TV antiquated. Pool nd hot tub were a ways away. Staff pretty disinterested; not rude, just pretty much "we are done for the year". Our room faced redevelopment across the stream--fortunately no major construction started yet. Guess I expected more.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. ResortQuest manages properties throughout Breckenridge for individual owners and work hard to rate the property based upon the amenities each offers. We have passed your comments along to the individual owner of this particular unit and sent our HOA staff to review the unit amenities as well. ResortQuest also has a 24 hour front desk and prides themselves on a high level of service. Based upon your comments we will review with our front desk staff our customer service guidelines. Again, thank you for your time in helping us to improve our service to you!

Enjoyed our stay, good location, clean. Breckenridge was lacking a bit of snow, but you can't blame anyone for that. Enjoyed our stay.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2009

Just returned from Main Street Station with five adults and four young children. The property was great - conveniently located to the mountain, town and restaurants/bars. Ski valet was great and all service levels were high. Condo was large enough and comfortable to accommodate all of us plus additional guests for apres ski. We will definitely be returning to this location.
