“Mixed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

I stayed here on two consecutive weekends in two different rooms. In addition my colleagues had 5 other rooms at the same hotel. Rooms numbered 2xxx seem much nicer and better equipped than rooms numbered 1xxx and my 3 star rating is an average of 2 stars for the first weekend and 4 stars for the second weekend. The hotel is in a fantastic location next to the ski lift and yet still in the heart of the town. Both rooms were clean and well decorated but room 2xxx was more spacious, had a washing machine and drier, much more modern kitchen, balcony, etc. I have to agree with other reviewers about the internet provision - it is worse than in third world countries. I was trying to book a flight and after an hour of losing service every minute, I gave up and went to the local coffee shop. It's unacceptable for a $200-$250 a night hotel. The staff were very friendly but also completely inept and did not seem to know much about the hotel's facilities or the town in general. I get the feeling looking at other reviews that your quality of stay depends almost entirely on which room you get - that's true to some extent with most hotels but it is very important at this one.

Room Tip: See the review above - rooms numbered 2xxx are much nicer than rooms numbered 1xxx in my experience.

“Great place and location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

My finance and I stayed here the first week in December 2012. We booked through RCI (timeshare exchange) and got a very good deal. RCI does not provide many good pics but we were very surprised on arrival on how nice this unit was. It was slow season so it seemed we were the only ones on the whole floor if not the hotel. Very nice and stocked kitchen (no food but cooking utensils), very clean, etc. Fireplace was nice and they even had a humidifier and a box fan if needed. Best part is the location. Our week flew by and didn't even try a hot tub but they had a few outside. Breck also has great restaurants so try a few. We really enjoyed those at the "biker mexican" restaurant (don't remember name but it's well known. Also not really a biker restaurant). I see some bad reviews and am not sure what others expect. Basically in my opinion anything under $250 a night don't expect a 5 star. Internet was slow but was not very necessary for me this week. We stopped into town around Denver to get some snacks and drinks for the condo which was nice. I would go back again without any reservations!

“Great Location in Breckenridge”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

I stayed here in August for a conference and was able to stay the last day and watch the US Pro Cycling event as it passed through town. The staff was very helpful in putting together my meeting (Brigitte and Chris were both awesome and very helpful).

Rooms here were very nice and loved the location to Main Street in Breckenridge. I stayed in the Water House section and the rooms were great. Loved having a washer and dryer in the room. Can't wait to go back and stay here during ski season, so close to the slopes.

Parking is underground and a little confusing with the key cards and gates, but once you get it figured out it is great.

Room Tip: Make sure to request a room away from the bar (if you don't want to hear noise in the late eveni...

“so unbelievably disappointed”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2012

PLEASE read this review and stay somewhere else!!! This resort is in an EXCELLENT location, but everything else was a major disappointment. It is a good thing you can walk to everywhere because you won't want to spend anytime at the hotel. We spent $200 night and there IS NO WIRELESS, THE DVD PLAYER DID NOT WORK, THE "OVERSIZED LUXURY SOAKING TUB" THEY ADVERTISED DID NOT WORK, THE MATTRESS WAS A THRIFT-STORE SPECIAL THAT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR, AND THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE BUT COMPLETELY USELESS MINIMUM WAGE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS. I would expect this if I were paying $39/night at Motel 6, but for $200/night I expect MUCH MUCH MORE!!! Did I mention that when I tried to bring these items to the attention of the front desk their response was..."these are individually owned condos and we can't make the owners take care of them...unfortunately you got a bad unit" - WTF kind of answer is that??????

Room Tip: Go Somewhere Else!!!!!

“Great Location For Fall Trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

Our family of four stayed as a guest of ResortQuest this weekend in room 3304, 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Room was nicely decorated, beds were super comfortable and I LOVED having the two whirlpool jetted tubs in the room. We were there for a wedding so we didn't make use of the kitchen but the appliances were nice and new.

These condos are in a great location with super easy access to Main Street. Breckenridge Brewery is right across the street. Wheelchair access was a non issue, plenty of ramps and short distances to everything. This tower would be the one for wheelchair users to look for during ski season as you can access the elevator, parking and head over to the accessibility center pretty easily. There is a shuttle but it did not look wheelchair accessible (ask ahead of time if you think you may need to use it, we didn't have the need)

Concierge was very helpful and friendly calling in for pizza for us at 10:30 at night from North Shore (yum).

Looking to possibly book here again for larger family ski trip, its good for a mixed ability level crowd but I would probably look to book a room that didn't face Main Street. We wanted to have the windows open to sleep at night but there was too much noise on a Saturday night (wasn't obnoxious but enough to make you close a window)
