“Free ride up in the summer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

Easy for the two-year old to jump on, as well as the grandparents. The kids (2-14) love it and it's beautiful up top and all along the way. Even if you don't get off to play, it's a fun ride.

Free ride up the mountain above Breckinridge. Stops at lodge at bottom of the slopes. Nice views but doesn't go to the top of the mountain, but it free, every other towns gondola are
$$$. So nice thing to do after shopping in Breck.

“Nice Sights but...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

This was a FREE ride so who can complain. Be aware that after Labor Day it is open on the following week end and then closes for the season. If you want to take pictures of the views it will be difficult from the gondola. The windows are tinted and all scratched up. We paid $10 and took the CHAIR LIFT ride which gave much better views and easy to take great pics. Great for KIDS.

“Lovely view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

This is a fun ride which has a station at Grand Lodge Peak 7, where we were staying. The ride has 3 stops, ending at the transit terminal in Breck. Lovely view. Free.

“Easy, free way to see scenic views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

During the summer months the gondola is free so this was an easy excursion for us after exploring downtown Breckenridge. The Gondola takes you up the mountain, stopping at two of Breck's resorts before ending at the base of the ski lodge. During the summer there are different activities such as off-road segway tours offered by Breckenridge at the ski lodge.
