We stayed at the Great Divide for 5 nights in February. The location was very good: a 3-5 minute walk to the slopes, and with the hotel bus and the local Breckenridge bus which is free, you really don't need a car. The room had a couple of problems. The bathroom did not seem well scrubbed, and while sitting on the couch in the bedroom, I smelled an odor that I can only describe as old dirt. We had a comfortable murphy bed, but there was no nightstand or light on one side which made it very inconvenient. Some of the lights in the room did not work. Staff was congenial and breakfast was good. Since we did not get the deluxe room that we were expecting, the hotel gave us coupons for free breakfasts which made us happy.
