We had an overnight stay here. The price was not high, and we did not want to spend too much for just one night.

The location is ok, not too far from downtown Boulder. We had a quiet room with a fine view of the Flatirons.

The hotel is a bit dated, and would benefit from an update. Our room was reasonably clean, but for some reason it had a not very pleasant odor. Fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom ok, but toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) had broken seals.

Our rate did not include breakfast, and we decided to have it somewhere else.

Other hotels in Boulder may be more expensive, but next time we would probably try to find something better, especially if our stay was a longer one.

Upon arrival we found our room to have a very bad, musky type odor. It was as if it had been closed for months and a room that many smokers had visited. 30 minutes of running the AC didn't help so we advised the staff. We were offered another room and found it to be just as bad. The staff at the desk refused to give a refund and charged us a full night's stay. We had been there for 45 min. Upon contacting the owner, there was never an apology but were offered a 50% refund. I was able to get the owner to agree to a $25 cleaning fee and the rest of my money was refunded. I would stay in my car before I would stay at a hotel like this again.

Booked the room last minute for an overnight stay in Boulder because of the price and somewhat nearness to downtown. Found the bed, rooms and bathroom clean and comfortable. Yes it is an older hotel with a dated look in the lobby and halls, but I don't stay in these areas so i don't care. The staff was friendly but a little slow.

The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly. We needed extra towels and they were up to our room within minutes.
Restaurant was a bit on the high price end.
