I stayed at the hotel for a few nights in January. The rooms were ok, but the front desk was entirely unhelpful and rude. The man behind the desk in the evening wouldn't even let some kids who got dropped off at the wrong hotel use the bathroom. I wouldn't stay there again. I've stayed at other hotels in Boulder since.

Made reservations by phone far in advance for the busiest week of the year--UCB move in. When we arrived we were put in a room with only one bed for 3 adults. No one at the front desk was helpful. Manager told us there were no cots, and did not offer even blankets. His only response was that he would be glad to refund our money if we didn't want the room. Made no attempt to make us comfortable at all. Take it or leave it--we took it with one adult sleeping in a chair. Left the next day. I would never go back there--and from now on I only book via Internet so I have confirmation of my request for two queen beds. The room was on the pool deck and people were out there on the other side of the sliding glass all night talking on cell phones and smoking cigarettes. .

Great value and a good location in Boulder. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and responsive. The continental breakfast was a nice plus! Convenient to bus lines, several restaurants, and a laundromat. Despite the fact that the hotel is close to major roads, noise wasn't a problem even when out on the balcony. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here for two days while visiting my son. The location was great, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was particularly friendly. It looks as though they have remodeled it recently.
