My husband and I stayed three nights at the Bradley during our long weekend 25th anniversary celebration in Boulder. We had lived in Boulder for 15 years before moving to Santa Fe four years ago. The Bradley was a perfect base for our trip down memory lane—just off the Pearl Street Mall and within walking distance of every downtown restaurant and shop, including those in the North Boulder/Ideal shopping centers at Alpine and Broadway (not to be confused with the new NOBO neighborhood at far north Broadway).
Our room (12) was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Well, the AC was noisy, but at least it was a mostly constant noise, and I figured it drowned out any possible noise from the restaurant across the alley. We heard no noise from other guests or the common areas on the first floor. The continental breakfast was tasty (especially the granola), but we passed it up on Sat. and Sun. because they started serving at 8, which was way too late for us (we wanted to get out on hiking trails before it got too hot). The staff was friendly and helpful, but not the hovering type you sometimes find in B&Bs. There’s plenty of room in the common areas to visit with others or read. Highly recommended.
