Our second stay. Very well done. Nice pool, spa. I know Colorado is liberal, but without Fox News the TV is a propaganda tool. No return trips!

Stayed here with my wife in early June. Very simply put, this is a great hotel. We stay in Ritz Carlton's more than anything in our travels, being that we are admittedly, hotel snobs. In comparison, we thought this was a very nice property. Clean, well decorated, helpful staff, good location, even some great music in the lobby on both nights we were there. Only negative I can think of is that things purchased at the hotel are pricey. Not surprising for a hotel at this level. Didn't use the spa (chilled in the jacuzzi one night), so can't really opine on that. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in one of their wedding suites on our wedding night and it was just perfect. It's the schwankie posh polished hotel you'd want for such an occasion (more on the modern but inviting and extemely comfortable end of design). I highly recommend it!
Our daughter just graduated from CU and we are very proud. However, we will miss visiting the St. Julien Hotel. We have always had a wonderful time there. The staff is wonderful without being overbearing. We love the lobby for relaxing and having drinks while watching hotel guests come and go. The rooms are stylishly decorated, and many have great views of the flatirons, and the beds are some of the best. We love the convenience of the location, a short walk to shopping on Pearl Street and many great dining options. This hotel has been our home away from home. Although we won't miss the tuition payments, we will miss the St. Julien.
We flew into Denver on a Sunday evening and the drive to Boulder was really easy. Arriving in the rain, a doorman brought an umbrella to the driver side for me and saw me safely inside before unloading our mammoth amount of luggage.
The St Julien is lovely: friendly efficient staff and the rooms are well appointed. Not the biggest I've seen but more than adequate. The location is great - a couple of blocks off the main streets in Boulder, but just out of the way enough.
We didn't eat in the hotel as there are lots of great places nearby, but Jills did look very nice and if you sit on the terrace outside there are fab mountain views.
