Nice hotel, just don't forget anything. I left my prescription eyeglasses in my room, which I called immediately about. The staff found them and assured they would hold them for me, then lost them. I have been through the ringer with them for the past six weeks trying to get reimbursed, (even faxed them the sales receipt) and received much less than an apologetic attitude. I have traveled and stayed in many high-end hotels, and must say I am really disappointed with their handling of this matter. It is ridiculous to lose customers and get bad reviews over not resolving a dispute about a pair of eyeglasses.

We booked a group rate for The St. Julien only to find a lower rate for the same dates on Expedia.

On arrival we were cordially greeted by the Door man and valet parkers. The front desk had some confusion finding our reservation.
There was good reason to believe that the people at the front desk could use a few lessons in customer service.

Beautiful property, comfortable rooms with all the expected ammenities. The lobby is a nice place to visit and the outdoor pool and gardens are a restful place.

We never ate in the hotel restaurant, but the hotel's location is within walking distance of many restaurants and the Pearl Street Mall. The hotel has a very nice bar just off the lobby and the bar staff were very friendly and recommended local restaurants.

The hotel has a very nice work out facility and was kept very clean. They were out of water twice when we used the facility and a call to the front desk didn't prove any positive results.

The St. Regis is by far the most modern and up to date property with the most luxurious rooms in Boulder. Our experience with the front desk customer service unfortunately didn't qualify it as the best hotel experience.

Just returned from a stay at the St. Julien. Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean. Terrific bed, pillows, linens. Every staff person we came in contact with was friendly, professional and eager to be helpful. Luxurious without being uptight or snobby. It was a treat to stay here and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Our room had a view of the mountains -- gorgeous! -- and it was very spacious. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, in walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and a park.

I enjoyed my short stay at the St. Julien Spa & Hotel. The hotel was contemporary/elegant with professional staff. My room was incredible. Beautiful stone showers and a large marble tub. The complimentary spa toiletries are amazing and I'm trying to order more from the spa. The hotel was in a good location close to the shopping district. Wish I could have stayed longer!
