This place was recommended by our hotel in Longmont, and we're so happy we tried it. The food selection is very diverse and it was so hard to make a choice among all the really appealing items. We chose the lamb kabobs and the watermelon gazpacho. My husband and I usually split our meals, since we don't eat a lot, and the restaurant split the servings, even the soup, which was very nice. The gazpacho was absolutely wonderful and very refreshing on a 100+ degree hot hot day. The kabobs were also very good. We also had an innovative dessert that was really good. It was called a mixed berry tart--a lemon cookie with pistachio creme, topped with blackberries and strawberries and salted candied pistachios all on top of a berry sauce--it was yummy! Our server, Joe, was very knowledgeable about all kinds of facts about beers and other drinks. He told us stories about how gin and tonic was invented--he was pretty cool. The one thing that needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the floor. There were bits and pieces of things that should have been picked up.
