Not what we expected for the price. No bellman for baggage, no elevator. The appointments in our unit, esp. kitchen were sub standard. Huge stain on bedspread in MB, gross. Daily housekeeping didn't change sheets entire stay even after child had nosebleed. Internet was s l o w. Shut off water to entire complex at 6:00 PM with no warning with people taking a shower to fix a leak in one unit per the desk (apparently shutoff valves are not standard in this quality of construction) and I seriously doubt the main water service to the entire complex was breached. Feeble attempt to apologize by sending $20 of candy - thanks but the kids don't pay the bill. Hot tub was nice and accessible. Business center good. FYI, ATT phone service is completely overloaded in the BC area resulting in poor ability to make calls, retrieve Email and voicemail, text was best. Location was the only saving grace. Bottom line, if you are going to spend this much money you can easily find a higher quality offering, if not in BC, then in Aspen, Snowmass, Steamboat, etc. Would not stay at this property again....ever. We can go anywhere in the world for this price...
