“137 North Fairway Enclave RENTAL is Terrible”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

We RENTED 137 N Fairway (4 bedrooms) for four years. (not #220 above which maybe be perfect.) The owner of #137 has not put a penny in it in years and this last summer July-August 2012 was the worst in our experience. #137 is now for sale which is probably why the owner has done nothing. Any renter may have to cooperate with a broker to show the house -- a nuisance! For three weeks we were without use of master bedroom toilet after 4 different plumbers came by to fix it and finally a part arrived. But there may be something wrong with the plumbing wihin the walls as well. Also out of hot water until replaced hot water heater. IF YOU RENT: None of the living and dining room rugs have rubber pads under them so have to be careful that don't slip and fall. The trees outside the patio are now so tall and bushy that don't really have a view. The house is dark most of the time except in late afternoon. There is no flat screen TV anywhere - Comcast DVR taping was never installed -- the bedrooms have tiny TVs. The mattresses are all old. And on and on. I WOULD NEVER RENT THIS #137 N Fairway HOUSE. The management company Prudential Colorado Realty was always prompt.in coming out to make repairs.

We recently stayed at the Enclave Suites in Orlando Florida (first week November 2004). We chose a two bedroom, two bath suite. Clean, bright, well air conditioned. The staff was pleasant and attentive. When you first go to your room, things along the way look a bit dingy and old; but the rooms were very bright and clean. A pleasant surprise, so don't let the initial impact throw you. Most of the time things were quiet. There is some sort of religious building directly across from the hotel, which is VERY loud; starts around 7pm but ends early, around 9-9:30. This goes on Every evening. If you are an "empty nester", the screaming children in the pools will drive you crazy; pools close at 10pm. If you have neighbors above you, you will hear every noise they make...but people usually quieted down around 10pm...Skip the free/continental breakfast; it's awful..the Ponderosa around the corner has a great breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. We had only one small problem with the dishwasher, which was addressed and correctly immediately. All in all, we were pleased with our choice.
