Well, what can I say. When you make your reservation they are sure to tell you the fishing is great! What they don't tell you is how far you have to walk to get to the water. The lake is soooo low. I bought an annual fishing license because of how great the fishing was supposed to be, in fact the whole family did! I did not fish at all. You either have to walk real far in mud or drive around the lake and park on the side of the road. If you do that then you have to hike down a revine to get to the water. The lake being low is not their fault, but they should advise people about the conditions better. The staff was nice to me. I didn't have any problem with them. They are very strict about the quiet time. Maybe this place is best for folks a bit older with no teenagers or young adults.
