If your mom was a great cook and you want to stop in at a old time cafe where people are genuine and food is what you expect instead of fancied up and wierd, then this is it. The bean huevos rancheros is to die for, however my husband thinks the breakfast burrito is the best he's ever had. We've been eatting here for 30 years, everything is perfect, the wait staff is friendly and takes good care of you, the cooks keep an eye on you and are genuinely concerned that you are happy. It's not a gussied up restaurant, it's not "decorated" food, it's real food and lots of it in a friendly atmosphere....chances are you'll make friends with the people sitting at the table next to you.
