Wonderful & AwesomeMy wife & I have stayed there at least, 7 times. We love Joshua tree & they are very close. Everything about the Inn Is great, Everyone that works at the Oasis, is welcoming & Kind. The detail in each room, so much thought, is added it is so apparent. The woman who runs the Inn does such a fantastic job. The rooms are clean, the jasmine & rose garden is very beautiful. We have stayed in garden rooms, theme rooms, & full kitchen suites. They all are well kept. Every time I call, Cheryl remembers which rooms my wife & I like, it makes reservations a breeze. My two favorite rooms are the Rockin 50s, you sleep in a 59 cadillac, & the Jungle. The Jungle you sleep on a down feather, topper, It has a huge spa. & all the handpainted art is the best, what a great atmosphere. I have a hard time getting this room as it is almost always booked, everytime I stay there. It a place for true relaxation. It is a true Oasis.Best William & Linda
I took my husband for his birthday to their jungle room March, 2004.
The Oasis does a great marketing job on their website. It sure lured me in. The website is very misleading though. We have stayed at extremely nice places for the same price. We were so disapointed The matress was the worse, as soon as we walked in we were able to see huge body indentations in it. It was so unconfortable. On their website they advertise free gym use. What they fail to mention is that the Gym is not in their premises. You have to drive to a local gym. In their website it is also mentioned that there is a waterfall in the room. The so called waterfall is actually a six inch trickle from one of the walls. They offer a delux continental breakfast each morning. There was nothing "deluxe" about it. Among other things, we got cherrios and corn flakes in a plastic cup covered by plastic wrap. The only fruit we got were two whole oranges. I would not have minded staying there for 1/3 of the price, but for what we payd, it was a total rip-off.
