This place is amazing! Good deals, great produce, extensive bulk section, interesting international food items.... It does get a little crazy w/ lots of whole families grocery shopping so its best to be there before noon. Other than that it's as fun and cost effective a grocery store I've ever been! Plus, its employee owned so w/o unions one can feel the sense of pride in the workers and the high level of service, quality, and price.

“Supermarket with prepared deli foods at reasonable prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Winco foods is a discount supermarket but has prepared deli food items and lots of bulk food items at reasonable prices. This is great if you are traveling on a budget, working in the area, or have children. They have a large variety of pre-packaged sandwiches that are made fresh daily. They have large varieties from ham and cheese, roast beef, turkey, I think they have veggie also. They also have lots pre-pared green salads. The prices range from $2.25 to $5 or $6.00 and they are good. They also had some wraps, whole wheat breads, buns, rolls, etc. They also sell fried chicken, etc., but I have never tried that. They also have a great bulk food section with lots of varieties of trail mix, nuts, dried fruit, etc.

This is not a gourmet store or whole foods, but they have good sandwiches, good food and a large variety for someone that wants something fast and inexpensive.

I rated it average cause it is basic food, sandwiches, salads at a reasonable price with a large variety for someone on the go.

Great for the budget traveler, student, families with children, campers, etc.

I stopped their during a business trip for a quick sandwich, which was $2.25.
