Description: Highly acclaimed chef Thomas Keller (of The French Laundry) is behind this beautiful Yountville restaurant. Enjoy excellent French bistro cuisine in a dining room offering wonderful Parisian ambiance. We invite you to visit Bouchon Bakery, an authentic, country-style boulangerie located next door Bouchon Bistro. The Bakery serves traditional French breads and pastries and is open from 7am - 7pm daily.

“Great Bakery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013 via mobile

Grabbed a coffee and some pastry here one morning while wandering around Yountville. Coffee was pretty good, but pastry was amazing. My wife grabbed one that was filled with a plum compote, and topped with a airy fruity cream cheese based topping which was perhaps the best baked desert item I have ever tasted. Very good place to grab a quick snack if you're in the area.

“Amazing French bistro food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

Bouchon far exceeded my expectations. We went here a few days after a mind-blowing meal at The French Laundry, with middle-of-the-road expectations. The menu consists mainly of traditional French bistro fair prepared in a traditional style, but with a precision of execution that Thomas Keller is known for. We split a pâté which was absolutely divine. Sole meunière was perfectly cooked, as we're the steamed mussels. Strangely enough, one of the most memorable parts of the meal were fries. They were served with shaved black truffle and Parmesan, were just the right amount of crispy, and prepared from nice flavourful potatoes.

Bouchon is very good, just don't go there thinking it's going to be anything like French Laundry. If I ever make it back to Napa valley, I will for certain be going back to Bouchon

“Great bakery!”

My wife and I would go here in the mornings on our vacation. The lattes are excellent and the breakfast pastry is really good. The service is great. There is almost always a line so be patient.

Best bakery ever! Has a wide variety of delicious treats. Always has a line of people waiting out the door but it doesn't take long to get in and order, well worth the wait!

“Loved this Bistro Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

We had lunch here on an early Spring day. The restaurant was full and the welcome was warm and friendly. Our lunch and glass of wine was perfect. Organic produce comes from their own garden nearby. Coffee and desert, a delicious pistachio macaron, was enjoyed outside on the patio. Prices are reasonable given the quality. A favourite, we would return.
