LOVED THIS! Not just the ride (which was fantastic), but also the customer service. We had so much fun! We chose the option of having the hotel pickup down in Fisherman's Wharf--who wants to drive at 5:15 am?! Neilson picked us up and drove us to the launch site. A local's knowledge is a wonderful thing. We found out more about the area than had we done an internet search! We had an amazing ride, pilot was Laura. Very safe and very exciting. Landing was good and brunch was nicely done as well.
My husband and I had a little time to walk around, then Neilson took us back to the city. We learned even more about the area and got to experience the steepest street without being the ones doing the driving!
Overall-EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
