This is a superb smallish hotel. We stayed here for four nights. The room was large, well appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathroom is not only attractive but large and highly functional. Everything was well done--there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc. We were celebrating a birthday and we had asked the hotel staff to do several extra things. EVERYTHING was not only done, as we had requested in advance, but done well.

The pool area is lovely; the grounds are impeccably maintained. ALL of the hotel staff we dealt with was very helpful, gracious and warm. We highly recommend the Napa Valley Lodge and would definitely return here!

I will simply confirm all the positive comments of the other reviewers and add that you don't have to worry about having a room that faces the road. Although Route 29 must be one of the busiest roads in California, we never heard the traffic when the balcony door was closed.

The Napa Valley Lodge is a great place to stay if you like superior service, a clean atmosphere, a great champagne breakfast(included) and an overall great time! On top of all that, the boccie ball was a blast!! I recommend this hotel/resort to everyone!!

We stayed at the napa valley lodge couple weeks back. What a delightful stay. Very relaxing in our spacious rooms,surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was a continental buffett with more assorted items than we ever expected served in the pool and garden area. A very filling breakfast to start our day off.The pool area has a fire pitt surrounded with table and chairs at night it was great way for us to meet new friends and enjoy our wine. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.We will definitely be back when visiting Napa.
