I am not sure there are enough words to explain how amazing my stay was.

My experience started with a gracious and courteous welcome from the front desk staff. WOW the quickest and easiest check in ever! Even for my Mom who was traveling with us who does not speak a word of English. The entire staff from maids, to the bell staff made us feel right at home.

If you are traveling on a weekend (Friday night) as we were you must take advantage of the complimentary wine tasting from a local winery.

This hotel is one you should not pass up when visiting wine country. I look forward to my return visit of this hotel. Es un hotel que admiro mucho!

The Napa Valley Lodge is great. We had a lovely large, clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside. The service was really friendly and, best of all, there was a food and wine festival in the town when we stayed!

The only let-down was the continental buffet breakfast. It was perfecty adequate, but it would've been nice to have had the choice of a cooked one. Still, that's only a minor quibble.

If we ever go back there, this will be the place we stay.

Stayed one nite after a day of touring Napa wineries. We have stayed here many times over the years, and continue to enjoy the excellent location and the facility. Newly upgraded rooms are much nicer than before, and the bed was wonderful.

Our stay at the Napa Valley Lodge, although primarily for a business trip, made my husband and I feel like we were on a luxury vacation instead! The friendly, courteous staff listened and anticipated every need. Information was given in a timely manner and suggestions for ideas, places and reservations were on target. The grounds and rooms were impeccable, with the firplace adding just the right touch of cozy ambience to a perfect setting.

The staff at the Lodge were stellar in their commitment to their guests. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs. An example of their help was when we asked what color the newly renovated rooms were painted because we were interested in using that color in our home, a hotel representative came with a color sample and name of the color for us to take home!

Although I do miss the sauna that was there before, the newly designed outdoor area with fountains, serving areas, heated pool and jacuzzi were beautiful as well as a functional exercise room.

We know we will look forward to coming back to Napa next January as long as our stay is at the Napa Valley Lodge.
