New restaurant in the area, thought I would try it out. First, had to wait 15 minutes after the reservation while most of the seats where empty. Not a big deal. Once seated another 15 minutes before anyone came by, ordered the food 20 minutes for a salad, then another 20 minutes for the food. All during this time two families with kids decided that they wanted to sit at the bar. Since the kids could not they put them in a booth next to us. Thanks! Now I have four boys alone, unsupervised in a booth next to me at a $100 plus restaurant after 8 pm. You can imagine the noise the yelling the smashes we experienced. And of course the once every 10 minute yell from the parents for them to behave. Cmon, if I know your kids name and we never met there is a problem. I paid for a baby sitter so I could have a nice night out and now I am your free baby sitter? All the while the parents would give us a glare since we asked the boys to be quiet a few times. Great parenting- Your angels and you yelling at them ruined my evening.
Well once the food arrived it was ice cold. We sent it back only to only wait another half hour for the food to arrive again Cmon, really.
The manager did come over and apologize and they did take care of us because of the long wait so management did fix it somewhat, but I dont think the restaurant is going to get any better. You gotta know its run by the PF changs guys so its the same type of get in, eat and get out management. I was not impressed for the cost.
