I spented 4 nights there at the London West Hollywood.

First I asked them to come and pick me up at the airport which is about 45 minutes driving as I was comming from Mexico City.
The driver was very gentle and drove me to the hotel.

After a very easy and fast check-in they brought my to my suite... A very big and clean room with an amazing bathroom... After that I dicovered my private terrasse... And this's been another fabulous surprise! very big, clean with a table, two rocking chairs... Everything vas made for the guest to feel home and comfortable.

I really had a great time there. I visited the pool area on the roof and it's SO great! Beautifully made and very trendy!
But i must stay some of the staff could be a bit more friendly and efficient...
A very positive thing is that they put some sopts where you can put your computer on charge if you have to work; which was my case and it's really helpful! plus the high speed internet is complimentary; which is very uncommun; congratulations for this good idea!

I will have to go back to LA in september... It's sure I will be staying again at the London West Hollywood!!!

Quiet, yet in the center of everything. Luxurious hotel, great location and price. The Vista Suites with view are well-worth the upgrade. I've stayed nearly everywhere in Beverly HIlls and West Hollywood and for the quality and size of the room (and especially the bathroom -- studio sized all in marble), it can't be beat. To get a better quality room, you would have to stay at the Peninsula or 4 seasons at twice the cost. It's new. Everything is clean and fresh.

That said room service leads a lot to be desired. The quality of the food is not up to standard for a Gordon Ramsey linked restaurant and doesn't match the quality of the rooms. I ordered 3 meals from them and they were all mediocre.

Free wifi and complementary calls to London are a definite plus. Overall a high recommendation.

Great hotel, its all the little things that made the difference.

Conceige was very helpful, just a short walk along Sunset to the usual suspects Chateau Marmont, and The Viper Room in literally 50m away

You need to try the gym on the roof... great view and very LA. They have classes on the deck overlooking LA.

The table service breakfast was a real treat.

Would definitely stay again.

We ordered a salad with chicken for room service. The salad came without chicken. When they brought up the chicken it was RAW! Then, I asked for extra pillows for my wife. They brought up 3 pillows. One had bloodstains that were wet with stain treatment! Very gross, especially when your wife is pregnant. I took the pillow to the front desk and they brought up a new one with some mild apologies. I can't believe this!
