I stay at The London West Hollywood when I travel for business and the staff is always wonderful! They're polite and attentive, and they are always willing to accomodate random requests if they can (like a later check-out, or a room upgrade). The rooms are really big, the beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are really clean and the premises itself is lovely. I personally like the Gordon Ramsey kitchen better in LA than I like the one in New York. The rooftop, poolside bar is also great, and if you have a room with a balcony, definitely take advantage by ordering a couple of drinks and sitting out there to relax.

Great hotel in West Hollywood. Large size suites, stylishly appointed with beautiful bathrooms. We received fantastic service from all the staff in the hotel - they couldn't have been more helpful.

The hotel is near to all the attractions and sights in LA and it is easy to get a taxi or use the hotel car, which is free within a 2 mile radius.

The rooftop pool is lovely and it becomes a bar area in the evening. They even have blankets if it is a bit chilly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fabulous - fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, quiches, cheese. If you want more, you can order from the menu at an additional charge.

Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have stayed at more luxurious hotels in the West Hollywood / Beverly Hills area, but we have never received better service than we did at The London. Our experience, from our initial greeting from the valet when we entered the property through check out, was as perfect as we could have hoped for. The management and staff have really mastered the art of hospitality.

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are well appointed, and the views are spectacular. The breakfast buffet that's included in the price is plentiful and constantly replenished. And the location can't be beat.

For the money, there's no better hotel in town.

What can you say about a hotel that, from the moment you drive up, makes you feel like a celebrity? This hotel is first class all the way. The room was spacious, service was world-class, and the location suburb. Anyone needing to stay in the Hollywood area of L.A. should strongly consider the London West Hollywood. They won't be disappointed.
