Clean, Quiet, Great terrace on the roof, Really nice staff!!

First of all i was expecting aluxurious hotel, this place is SMALL,, this hotel is nothing but a bunch of hype. It is not worth the money they are asking for at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its more like a 3 star hotel. I tipped the man for bringing up my baggage $6 and he gave me a dirty look and continued to do everytime i saw him. The room was tacky and depressing. I never got cookies for checking out.

The hotel is ok but nothing great like the write ups--they make it sound like this hotel is on the level of the Century Plaza Hotel which I have stayed and that is luxury--this is just a small former apartment building in west hollywood--btw theres other hotels that are nice in this area that i saw that charge much less.

This hotel is a total rip off indeed. i was robbed.

Stayed three nights here and it was terrible from start to finish. The bathrooms seem to be infested with cockroach which I must admit I'm not a great fan off. Staff were generally dismissive of my complaints, although they did move me to a room where the cockroach were smaller.
Generally poor housekeeping, dingy and drab. Good location but I'm sure there must be better hotels around here for a similar nightly fee.

I recently discovered the most charming small all suite hotel in West Hollywood, Le Montrose Suite Hotel. It has a quiet localtion, but near most popular spots of West Hollywood. The room rate was a real value for money and I noticed many personalities from show business in the hotel. The room amentities were execellent and the hotel was recently renovated. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The small restaurant served great breakfast. The lobby was well decorated and full of fresh flowers. It seemed to be very well run by great management. I highly recommend this hotel where I shall go back and visit it again.
