This place really is a hidden jewel...right next to some of the most expensive hotels in Los Angeles for 1/3 of the price....don't pass it up. If you go, try to get a room facing the courtyard, with a city view...it is breathtaking. Also, splurge and get one of the suites if you can...very very nice. We did have problems...a large part I think was becuase of the time of year we were there (our 3 day stay included New Year's Eve)...first, we put in a room that we soon found out was located right next to a room that had 12 people staying in it...and were told that there was nothing that they could do to help...after a lot of griping, moved us to a room in the basement..apparenlty all that was left...made up for it the next day by moving us to a suite at no cost....great location...great price...great value. Only other neg. is parking is a little hard, and had to search to find the comp breakfast next a.m. I will DEFINITELY be back.
