“Quintessential”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

If you love good service, tasty food, affordable prices, and adorably quintessential atmospheres, Jones' is for you! So enjoyed having lunch here with my husband! Tip: the waitress said that one pizza can feed two, but my husband and I are smaller-than-average people and we ate the entire first and a second.

“Rock and Roll gem of a restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

This is my secret weapon when I have guests from out of town (especially if they're from San Francisco or New York!). This is almost like a speakeasy--the main dining room has no windows and it's quite dark, and there are plenty of booths in little alcoves that lend themselves to looking mysterious while sipping legitimate cocktails.

There's another dining room that is much sunnier feeling, but suffers from very much out-of-place overhead fluorescent lights that spoil the ambience—when you make a reservation (and I would recommend doing so), make sure to ask for the "main dining room" and you will be all set.

The restaurant is tiered slightly, with booths surrounding an elevated bar area, which has stools and couches to sit down in—this is a pretty great place to swing by and get a drink in the center of the restaurant, but I usually go for dinner.

The music is loud and the whole place, from the photographs on the wall to the funky wait staff, has a great rock and roll feel. Everyone's super friendly (we had a great Christmas dinner here one time and everyone was super cool) and the crowd is very eclectic—you get Hollywood musicians, east side hipsters and west siders and it never seems pretentious.

I really enjoy this place. If you are visiting LA and want a fun local spot, swing by. Afterwards, you may want to cross the street and get a drink at the famous Formosa Cafe.

“Great place to hang out!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

Really good food, great drinks, big booth, fun music, service attentive without being annoying -- in other words, a great place to hang out with friends!

“Solid”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2013

A great venue in West Hollywood to grab drinks and the food is excellent (kitchen is open late). You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Service is always quality and the chilled out venue is a must if you're in the area.

Although not what exactly what it once was, you'll see lots of hipsters and the occasional celebs walking through its doors.

“Great Bar and Restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

Great location on Santa Monica Blvd. The food, especially the Pizza is always good there. The drinks are reasonably priced and the people are great. It can get a little crowded, but get a few people into the little lounge and you're golden.
