We stayed in a large, single room. This place is diffcult to find because there are only two, huge doors standing in front of this hotel.
The lobby area is phenomenal. Very artsy. The elevators look nice, but you really have to look around to find the buttons to push in order to get the elevators down to the ground floor.
Service: excellent. most staff members were well-trained. no attitudes.
Food: Asia de Cuba. Ouch. The food is overspiced to a point where you can't even taste the original flavors of the ingredients used. Price - well, it's a hotel so can't complain. Service was excellent. Awesome waiters who are really attentive to your every need.
Room: Let's say it has a European flair. Some may say they need to be remodeled. I do agree, but not everything has to be perfectly clean. The sheets were very clean. Carpet was soiled, but not a problem for me. Nice view of Sunset strip.
Bathroom: for a $300plus/night room, this is a disgrace. it looks like it's from the 70s.
Amenities: T-shirts, caps, and other stuff are for sale.
This hotel is nice to stay for the experience, but I probably won't return.
