so if your going to visit weed your not going to find many rooms that are decent there are only to hotels in the area that don't look or smell like something or someone died in them that's the comfort inn and the quality inn of course the best choice is comfort inn as far a cleanliness goes but the quality inn has one thing over on them thats there staff they are an amazing group of people that will cater to your every whim if something is not to liking they will go out of there way to fix it for you the house keeping however are another story worst house keeping i have ever seen if your going to stay here bring your own cleaners, broom, mop and vac no joke this place needs new housekeeping staff a.s.a.p but all in all were are having a good visit here with them.

Room Tip: not all rooms have refrigerators and microwave you have to ask for one that does

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the young man who checked us in (June 22) was very helpful and had great customer service. The goodness ends there. We stayed there last year and liked it well enough, but we were especially looking forward to using their great little hot tub. Nope. Due to the remodeling of half of the hotel, the hot tub was inaccessible. OK, fine. When we entered our room, it was relatively clean, but worn out with black scuff marks on the walls and a ring around the inside of the toilet bowl. The next morning we went down for the continental breakfast - JOKE! Last year, fresh fruit. This year, canned fruit cocktail. Last year, an assortment of breads, bagels and muffins. This year, several types of raisin bread. Also, the nastiest looking jar of slimy, hard boiled eggs! We had the packets of oatmeal. As we left, we went to grab ice for our cooler out of the ice machine. No big surprise - it was not working. We will never stay there again.

Room Tip: Don't choose one at all.

The room is very nice and updated. No elevator. The staff, especially Robert, wen't out of his way to be helpful. Found food left in the refrigerator. Only decaf available for the in-room coffee maker. Great beds.

Room Tip: About $20 less than the Comfort Inn across the street.

We stopped for a night and woke up with red bugs in the bed. the young man at the front desk was very helpful and quickly refunded our money but it was a little to late for that to make a difference. We also noticed the next morning that two rooms were quarantined. Would no risk saying here for awhile.

We saved $20 on the night but it wasn't worth it! I will say that the room was clean. We rented a 2-bed room for 4 adults. Next morning we realized we only had 2 towels. Down to front desk to request 2 more towels. Easy enough, right? Wrong. They were out of towels and figured bath mats would have to do, so gave us two more bathmats. Coffee was poor and the breakfast milk was sour. Don't count on Wi-Fi 'cause we didn't have it in our room and the front desk clerk didn't know what to do about it nor did she care. Computer in lobby was "out of order::.

Room Tip: Try the Comfort Inn

The hotel is suddenly small due to one half being revamped whilst the other is done. Much is new. Trim still needs doing. Breakfast was typical Quality Inn: Fine, not inspiring. We had no issues w check in or check out ourselves. Nothing special. Not bad. Only real bummer was the bathroom and the sound movement between rooms. We had a room that could connect with the next one. No double seal, so noise was extreme. And the bathroom had a sink in the room (good!) and toilet and shower/bathtub inside the small tiny bathroom. Door opened in, so if you like sharing, you have a bit of a nightmare.

Stayed here for a night on a road trip with the family, and it was truly sub-standard even for 2-star hotel. I gave it 2-stars because it wasn't a total dive. Sheets were clean, but that was about it. Management and employees spend more time outside smoking than inside working. The employee that checked us in spent the whole time on a personal call while checking us in. Room smelled of mildew and had an inexplicably massive and poorly placed microwave on the table taking up all of the workspace. Fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was about ready to fall out of the ceiling, and clearly needed to be replaced. Wireless was very slow, computer/printer in the lobby were "out of order" and looked like they had been for sometime. Continental breakfast was mostly bread-related items (hard-boiled eggs and canned fruit cocktail were the only non-carb options there). Milk was spoiled. I don't consider myself overly patriotic, but at 12am I noticed the unlit flag still up and informed the management (thinking they had forgot to take it down). The manager informed me that "the bulbs were burned out" and said they weren't going to do anything about it. She said, however, that they were lowering to half-staff for Memorial Day the following day, but the following morning it was still at full-staff, as if that somehow made everything ok. Apart from having a clear lack of respect or appreciation for the flag or what it represents, it's simply unprofessional and indicative of the general lack of the most modest standards of professionalism and polish that is expected of any business. Could be a nice place, but truly lazy and inattentive management/employees has really taken its toll. I will definitely be submitting a complaint to the Quality Inn corporate office. Also, 50% COUPON LISTED BELOW DOESN'T WORK! Lastly, I don't usually do reviews, but this place was bad enough that I would feel bad letting others stay there.
