We love Chef Jon's! He is a master of sauces and flavors. He crafts each dish individually. That can sometimes mean a wait or food not all arriving at once, but it is well worth it. He is also able to personalize each dish with any special requests. Jon and his wife Helen are wonderful hosts! Some of our favorite dishes are the sticky chicken (one review mentions it is made in advance - that has never been our experience), the ribs, the basil fried rice, the mongolian beef, and his curries, not to mention his coconut and hot and sour soups. This is not a typical Asian restaurant - each dish really is unique. You don't go there just for a meal - you go for an experience.
Our youngest son (who is a picky eater) happily declares this as his favorite restaurant, and we chose Chef Jon to cater that son's bar mitzvah. People are still talking about the food two years later! It was just as good as in the restaurant, and he was able to accomodate all of our special requests, including gluten free options for some of our guests. We can't say enough good things about Chef Jon's!
