Stayed here for 2 nights on the way while visiting Kings Canyon & Sequoia.

First impressions were very good with good check and lovely clean room, plenty of good eating in town but the first night we walked to Denny's which was fine.

However when trying to go to sleep the location of the room on the freeway became apparent, and although not usually troubled by road noise got a very disturbed nights sleep.

Raised this with reception in the morning and they immediately changed our room to one facing the pool and it was fine. I slept really well that night.

Breakfast was fine although I wasnt too keen on the hot selection the first morning. We didn't get time to use the pool or gym but both looked good.

This was the nicest Hampton we've stayed in so far. Everything was clean and they gave us a room as far away from the road noise as possible. Comfortable king bed, nice shower and all the amenities. The breakfast was the typical Hampton yummy choices but those darned powdered eggs again. We've gotten spoiled staying in high-end hotels that cook real scrambled eggs.

I think next time I will try to book ahead earlier to ensure we get a room on the quiet side away from the freeway noise. Even numbered rooms are on the south side of the hotel. ~ Thanks

after a 13 hour flight and 2 hours picking up a rental in la i drove to Visalia with the intention of this hotel been our base to visit Sequioa park. The whole experience here was great, spotless rooms ,fantastic service and a great breakfast.The day of our mountain trip my son was ill and didnt go to the park.he and his mother went to the doctor, got the medicine and found some great factory shops 10 mile away. would highly reccomend this hotel

After having been to Sequoia National Park we went to this hotel and stayed for two days.
The standard room was very nice and with a wonderfully bathroom - and quiet too.
Breakfast was very good.
The area around the pool was small and with only two sunbeds, but as we were the only two persons there, it was no problem. There is a lot of shade around the poole which was good because the heat.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there was covered by a carpet, but except that every thing was clean.
