We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose this hotel based on good reviews and because it was a recommended hotel. The room was decent, althought the television looked like it was older than me and was broken. The front desk sent someone to fix the television- turned out the remote was broken- was not programmed and it could not be fixed. So, the channels had to be changed manually and some of the channel buttons did not work. They offered to change our room, but we figured it was for one night, and we had already unpacked, so we stayed in the room. We later discovered the light in the bathroom wouldn't turn on and when the shower was turned on, the fixtures were wobbly and water came out of the fixtures in the shower. As suggested by the man who tried to fix the television, we told the front desk about the problems the next day, hoping for some kind of a discount on the room, but were told, "Sorry- we'll tell maintenance." Then, turns out we left my daughters small blanket in the room and didn't realize it until we were 20 miles away. We called the hotel and they confirmed they had it- but wanted to charge us to ship it to us if we didn't come and pick it up. Our fault for leaving it, but thought them comping $3 shipping charge wasn't too much to ask for us putting up with the shabby room. So, we drove an hour back and forth to pick up her blanket. We should've stayed somewhere else.
