“SERVICE WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

To begin with we booked this motel and since they only had suites left they gave us a suite at the
regular price! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the service nice beds soft, TV selection great. The price is very reasonable. Now comes the exceptional customer service. We left in a hurry to get home.
3 hours up the road we discovered that we had left our briefcase. We panicked and called the hotel. We had left it under some covers. We sent a call tag to pick it up. The took the effort to
find a box ( Thanks Sarah!) But then, the driver for ups did not pick up the package but left the call tag. They went the extra mile and drove it to UPS. I recommend this friendly nice, quaint hotel
to anyone wanting good old fashion service at a reasonable price!

This hotel was chosen by price and thanks to Tripadvisor reviews. The owners choices in decor are a little strange and the free breakfast isn't very good. The rooms are clean and the price is good. You might get a better deal if you contact the hotel directly because they pay a healthy fee to rental agencies. It's also kind of weird neighborhood, so the breakfast room is often locked even during breakfast hours. The owners worry about theft even from the guests.

Room Tip: The "suites" are just a double bed in another small room with just enough space to walk ar...

This is an old style motel that has been very well taken care of and updated. The furniture is very nice. The room was very clean. The television was a brand new flat screen with many channels available. The people at the motel are very friendly. The continental breakfask was good and served in a nice breakfast room. Great value.

If you are looking to stay in victorvill, this is the place where you get the value for your money. I told them the previous night that we were leaving early in the morning for a game and they had breast ready for the kids before we left. We had other team members also here who were very happy. The people here are very friendly, accomodating and easy to talk to. They do take care if you well.

Went there last week for my son's soccer tournament and made a reservation at the Travel Inn at the recommendation of a friend who checked the reviews online for accommodations in the area.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Sure the room was a bit small but the room was way better than expected. Free Wifi, comfortable bed, big flat screen TV, nicely furnished room, clean & no odors. There was plenty of safe lighted parking and a nice pool. The lady at check in was super nice. Oh and breakfast was included too. It included coffee, tea, orange juice, donuts, pastries, cereals, pan cakes, apples & bananas. Check out was a breeze too.

Of course, you could choose to stay at a 5 star place, pay a 5 star price for 5 star comfort or at about $60/night, you can stay at the wonderful economical Inn offering a Nice place at a GREAT value.

We had friends staying at different Inns and motels in the area and they were definitely disappointed.

We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I choose this place based on the positive TripAdvisor reviews for a stop on the way home from LV. TripAdvisor routed me to PrinceLine where I got a great rate of $49.00 for the night. We arrivied at 1900 hrs to find they did not have the reservation on file but were able to honor the paperwork I presented since they had very few guests. Then there was confusion on the tax. The PriceLine document stated the room tax was 7% but the lady at the desk said it was 8% then changed it to 7.75%. I was on my guard for being scammed. (The Victorville tax rate is 8% apparently.)
She misrouted us to our room so we had to haul our luggage the longest way one could to get to the to the room. On arrival, we found we were without any towels, which were provided quickly after a call to the front desk. Later, we discovered the little coffee maker had no coffee supplies of any kind. A visit to the front desk solved that problem.
The room was over filled with furniture. It was the more traditional wooden furniture, very well used but functional. The room had only two outlets and we needed to plug in four other devices. Since I bring and extension ford for these things were able to rearrange some plugs to make ours work. The aforementioned coffee make had a grounded plug. The only place I could plug it in was in the bathroom, balancing the appliance on the sink. During the night, we were entertained by train whistles and then early morning traffic.
All that said, we probably should not complain since the price was so reasonable. Just be aware that we don't see it as a five star establishment.

Room Tip: The second floor might be better to avoid noise from other guests on the second floor. If you want...

I'm finishing up a large job in Adelanto which has had me working in the area over the past year and had to stay at this hotel off and on over the course of the year. It is a very clean and nicely decorated place particularly the plants grown around the place. The two bed rooms are very nice as one of the beds is in a connected by smaller room which let me get to bed earlier or later than my co-worker without disturbing either of our sleep. There is free food provided for breakfast it's nothing special but a nice addition. The wifi is free but was often a bit flaky however it was good enough for me to check my emails and handle school work for my online courses. All in all it's been a nice place to stay, much better than the typical Motel 6s we tend to stay at.
