“Good hotel, but with bad soundproofing”

Great location, very close to Six Flags Magic Mountain. The front desk was nice enough, but wasn't too knowledgeable. The room was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and better looking than some more expensive hotels. The breakfast is so-so, but for free is a great deal. The beds were comfortable. The only problem was the soundproofing, of which there was none. However, overall this is a very good hotel.

We stayed here on our way from Utah to the Bay Area. We chose the location based on where we wanted to drive from in the morning. By luck, the hotel was very nice, right off the freeway, and provided a good free breakfast. We were traveling with our 4 kids and went to dinner at the Denny's in the same parking lot. For convenience, you can't beat it. The hotel was efficient, clean, and roomy enough for the 6 of us with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I had the foresight to ask for a room on the back side of the building--the front faces I-5, with trucks roaring by constantly. Where we stayed was very quiety.

were not wealthy middle class our family saved for 8 months to take our three children to six flags. the hotel is perfectly located nice pool hot spa simply the best. great breakfast bar excellent food. the price was well with in our budget. not wanting to use credit cards because of my information on them being stolen once before we paid cash . the desk clerk insisted we handed over our credit bank card so we did we paid cash at our check out was told all was okay arrived home to find over draft fees at our bank. why holiday inn took our cash and charged our card. i called the holiday inn was told it will take 2 to 3 days to return the funds to our account. I would advise holiday inn at check in to give the total price including taxes. that way families living on a budget are not told one price at check in and another at check out. also this will help families to plan for longer stays at your hotel with no surprises at the end because we will know the correct price of the room total from the begging to include taxes also families should know not to pay cash that your room amount will be placed on hold before being returned to your bank account for 2 to 3 days again this is why it is important for holiday inn to let families know the whole price to include taxes at check in. would i refer a friend yes. but holiday inn needs to reconsider the way it charges for rooms. OUR FAMILY WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. next time for a longer time, provided we are giving the total price at the check in for for the room taxes or any other normal charges so I can budget our stay with you properly. please take time to consider my thoughts for better customer relations. this will help my family and maybe other families living on tight budgets with no room for errors. your location is perfect for magic mountain. just please stop double billing customers. I know you think placing funds on hold may not cause problems I can assure you that it does, an that it is causing them for my family now until the hold is released my family has only $19 on hand left to live on until the first can you see the problem with not disclosing the total amount to include taxes accepting cash then placing a 2 to 3 hold on refunding an account from card. thanks for the stay it was great you just need to improve on charging and billing,refunding . once again thanks. please work on this. thanks the france family.

I took my daughter and her friend to Six Flags for a weekend and we stayed here on a Saturday night. It was clean, comfortable and a good value. Breakfast was good, pool area was attractive, and the walk to Six Flags, although a little longer than I expected and not very nice, was doable and saved us $30 in parking on the two days.

We left something in the room and I appreciated that Whitney at the front desk was so helpful in sending it back to me.

I think this is the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at so far. No Issues!
Breakfast was good.

Also Dennys Restraunt is foot steps away.

This is a great location for Six Flags and although was quite near the motorway, was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, the breakfast was great and we had free internet use. We stayed here for three nights at the end of a few weeks travelling in the US and found it was a great base for LA, even though it is about 40 miles outside of the city. We are glad we didn't stay downtown! Would recommend this hotel.
