“Great for Stop Over”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2009

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable (and I'm picky!) And the service was outstanding. The front desk staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The only problem was loud guests in the hallways and swarming the breakfast area, but the hotel can't do much about that.

We stayed here on our way to Napa valley. Hotel is fairly close to a Napa. Hotel was brand new. We paid $84 for a night. We had a King suite with couch. Hotel is close to restaurants and is right next to the outlet mall. Room was big and clean. Soft bed. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage in the morning. They had a pool and hot tub, but we did not use it. I would definitely stop here again.

Hands down this is one of the best Hotels in Vacaville. They are close to the outlet and situated in a quiet area. The staff are friendly, efficient and hospitable. I really liked the rooms, they are roomy, and best of all the beds are very comfortable. They have complimentary breakfast too in the morning........If you are looking for comfort stay at the Comfort Suites!!!!

4 pillows per queen bed. Nice.
Easy room access, nice breakfast buffet (waffles, sausage, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, pastries), inddor pool was on the small side, and on the colder side, too.
I guess 'refreshing' could be the term. Had a hot tub/jacuzzi next to it, nice and hot.

Vacaville is in the middle of Sacramento and San Fransisco, a big shopping mall area, and a stop over on a two day trip for us, and only for the hotel.
My mom got the senior rate, less than $86, and I could have qualified for the same rate with my AAA card.

This hotel is only 9 months old and is in excellent condition. It is in an extremely quiet location (we never heard any outside noise), yet it is within a very short driving distance to many restaurants and shopping. The room was large and had a sofa, desk and chair, microwave, refrigerator and flat panel television with high definition service (a very nice plus). It was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. The staff members were friendly, The biggest negative to this hotel is that the showerhead is very low. My husband and I are not overly tall (5'7" and 6' tall) and it was quite difficult to comfortably shower. This is very surprising for a brand new hotel since I've found that this problem usually only occurs in older hotels. Also surprising for a new hotel is that the elevator made a horible noise when it stopped on the top floor, which was a little unnerving. Additionally, the halls were quite warm and stuffy. Granted you are only briefly in them , but it still would be nice if the property air conditioned them. The last comment I would like to make is that be aware that the air conditioner does not have a setting for "fan only", so if you like to run just the fan part of the a/c, you are not able to. Overall, this is a very nice property and the price was excellent (we paid $83.69 per night AAA rate).

We booked this hotel to have room to spread out while on vacation. The room met our expectations. Downside, the pool is indoor. Upside, this hotel is near the Outlet mall, grocery, Costco....just about anything we needed. The staff was not overly helpful or friendly. The breakfast is very limited. Overall, we feel we got our money's worth.

Stayed here one night while attending a wedding close by. Clerks were generally helpful. Room was very nice. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, I want to find the pillows so I can buy one! Very clean. Nice hi-def TV. Good snack selection by the main desk. Toiletries were better quality than expected. The bath tub had a grab bar but needed anti-slip surface or bath mat. The free breakfast in the morning was a bit mobbed by guests, but well worth it: eggs with sausage/bacon, waffles cooked on waffle iron, 3 kinds of cereal, bagels, muffins, pastries, juices, good coffee. Would definitely stay here again.
