“Repeat performance”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

This place is becoming a bit of a regular for us, it is convenient in location and price plus the fact that the food is consistently good. We have used in years gone by and not been too impressed but re-visited it again in 2012 as friends took us.
That is the main reason for a second review, it is a few months since we started frequenting this pub for meals and I thought it would be useful to update our impression.
The standard of food is still good, the staff on the past two visits have been very helpful, I mean that sincerely. They have helped find tables, recommended items and have made us very welcome, which for a pub is quite a find. We visited over Christmas and the place was heaving - no problem, we were helped to find a table to have a drink whilst they calculated when the next eating table would be free. 10 minutes later we were sat down and ready to eat.
It is no Cordon Bleu restaurant but good home style food .Well done, please keep it up .......every time we find a convenient local it never lasts.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

As always a great Christmas Eve 2012 - great beers and a nice fruity bottle of red.
Lovely mix of people friends and fellow revellers.
I am biased as its my local but its great in the Grange Farm any day of the week. There's nothing better than a couple of drinks in front of a roaring fire and a delicious meal. Spot on! Cheers Andy!

“Great Pub”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2012

Grange Farm is our favourite pub! My family love evenings out at this pub because the staff make us so welcome, the food is always great and there is a good selection of beers. The Tuesday evening pub quiz is friendly fun and highly entertaining!

“Great find on winters night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

After a late hospital appointment,50 miles from home we found this marvelous pub by accident. A converted farm with a large car park which was full. On entering we had warm welcome and were offered a bar meal or a full service restaurant.we chose the latter and were shown into an atmospheric room with a blazing fire. The food was freshly cooked and price for a main ranged from £9.99 to £16.50. We had a very tender 8 oz venison steak well garnished. An excellent wine list was available but I was driving! The service was excellent and received a generous tip. We look forward to our next trip when we visit the BUPA hospital.

We have found all members of staff extremely friendly and willing to make sure you have an enjoyable visit even when it is very busy. This is the best pub around in this area.
