“Fun little stop”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

Not much to see here... but is a fun, free little stop. The gas pumps still say 28cents - so photo worthy right there. Nice photo stop for a family to share with friends.

“A Must SEE While Visiting Ukiah”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2013

It's been around FOREVER. A service station made out of the lower trunk of a very large redwood. I believe it is no longer an operating service station, but certainly worth a stop.

“Go there”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2012

Grew up in the area. Always loved the service station. Imagine a REAL tree large enough to house a small museum.

“Hey, this is pretty cool”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2012

When I was a kid, driving to the redwoods and even through a redwood tree was a big deal. So, why not having a service station made out of a big redwood trunk. This is a piece of Americana. Enjoy it while you can.

“silly looking”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2012

It is what it claims. It's a gas station. Not much else to say.
