Smelled clean and looked clean. Dated decor, but the bathroom had been recently remodeled with tile. No shampoo, only soap. Refrigerator worked, plenty of tv channels to flip thru, Internet worked. Family owned, polite staff. Walking distance from the Ukiah Brewpub. On the main road, but quiet. Nothing fancy, but all in all good deal for the price.

Arrived in the evening at Ukiah. We stopped at all the chain motels on the way into Ukiah and were told between $80 and $100. We stopped here and got a room for $45. The check in was fast, the room is clean, the sheets are chintzy and the bed was comfy. the rooms are pretty quiet and have a tv, fridge, heater, air con and wifi. Bathroom is small but everything works and is cleean. The motel is a 7 minute leisurely walk into central Ukiah. All in all what we look for in a motel.
