“This is a very pleasant place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2013 via mobile

This place has it all. Pool, jacuzzi, bar, breakfast, nice room, massage shower head, free wifi, laundry room, fridge and microwave! Gets better, they have a bbq so you can cook ur own dinner. The staff is really attentive so I tipped all I could.

Very nice, but to get our points, it was a hassle and they don't show up even though we have given our card each time we have checked in. We yet have not received our free night stay. We travel every year to California and have stayed the three separate times at Best Western, they always say that it doesn't show up. We had to be on the phone for 45 min. had to call several times. Very difficult to earn your rewards!!!!!

The Best Western Town & Country in Tulare California, is a great Hotel that I have used monthly for the past 2 1/2 years for my business trips to the central San Juaquin Valley. I reccomend this hotel to business travelers as well as people on vacation. You are always treated as a VIP at this hotel.

Upon checking in the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had a first floor room. There is no elevator and we are unable to carry bags up stairs. The room was very clean with the remote control put in a bag that stated that it was replaced since the last guest. That is really impressive as those things are the dirtiest things in the room. Breakfast was Ok but crowed. The pool was fine for us. It was warm enough to be enjoyable. The spa was a little small, but had a good temperature. I love the keys. They work by just putting them in front of the lock.

Room Tip: Be sure to ask for a bottom floor if you can't handle stairs.

We've stopped here a number of times in past years. This time we stopped after visiting Yosemite. As usual, the room was clean and spacious, the mattresses were excellent, the front desk was open 24/7 & the breakfast buffet was helpful. For the price it's the best we've found to stop while traveling the length of the state. Easy on and off the highway, but far back enough to avoid the highway noise.

this hotel is always clean and is a great value for the amenities and service they provide. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back until I see otherwise. The staff is helpful, its an easy to find location with plenty of shopping near by, and again, a great value.

My boyfriend and I travel the whole country together in a 18 Wheeler and occasionally enjoy getting a night or two at hotel. We stayed at this Best Western on our way to Fresno and both agree it was one of our best stays. Drink coupons for bar on property were a plus. Clean rooms and nice housekeeping staff provided us with plenty of extra towels. Clean sparkling pool and spa outside was nice in the warm California sun.
