My name is Haroldo Lopes and I was a hotel guest on sep-14th.
I was deeply offended by the treatment received by the front desk employee named BLANKA [ ---- ]
During the check out time I was accused of not being honest with the hotel, based on a presentation of a receipt that was supposed to be mine and was issued with mistake by another hotel employee in someone's else name.
Instead of checking the facts, the unprepared employee hurried to the conclusion I was not honest and was trying to use someone's else receipt in order to avoid payment.
As we tried to convince her about the facts, her poor rationing went to the direction that we had a scheme with the guest of the room that appears in the receipt wrongly given to me, reinforcing her conclusions that I was not acting in an honest manner.
I was deeply offended.
I am a 53 years old man and honorable person. Never been through a situation like this before.
I suggest the front desk employee BLANCA [ ---- ] should go through some work training, to avoid situations like this. RESPECT the guests.
