“best chain off Hwy 99”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

Since years ago when there were only 3 Black Bears, we started looking for them when traveling in North California. Now there are many, not only in CA. You can depend on friendly service and above average coffee shop food at Black Bear. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is warm and comfy.

“Nice stop.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

Large portions and mostly very good, with good service. Always very busy with lots of families, so it is pretty noisy and crowded.

“Great Food... ALWAYS!”

Can't go wrong eating at any of the Black Bear Diners in Northern California. Good size portions at a reasonable price.
